  * Agreed agenda 
  * Agreed proposed name of 'OPNFV Security Group' / opnfv-sec 
  * Agreed Initial Scope (see here for details https://etherpad.opnfv.org/p/opnfv-sec )
  * Agreed we will be a 'Working Group' and not of the existing project types
  * Agreed we should interwork with other groups, including opendaylight, openstack, ETSI NFV Security Group
  * Agreed we should have our own meeting list [opnfv-sec]
  * A few members will be at hackfest, can have an informal meet up if they wish. To early to have any workshops yet. 


**Actions**
  * We will take proposal to TSC to form a 'Security Group', instead of being a project. Chris to add to TSC agenda.
  * Iben to make or update the wiki with sections for internal practices and technical debt towards external projects
  * Luke Hinds to reoccur meeting invite
  * Members to contact Luke if they have an interest in helping develop proposal
  * Luke Hinds to send out proposed agenda ahead of next meeting on the 18/02
  * Mike Bursell to look into official communication channels with ETSI NFV
  * Luke Hinds to contact Ray to create new mailing list
