• Discussion of Requirement project proposals
  • High Availability for VNFs

Qiao Fu presented it in the meeting. Palani suggested that we should reuse the existing monitoring mechanism already available for existing VNFs. It was clarified that the proposal focuses on the requirement, HA APIs, test cases and test report. Then the concern was on who consumes the API, and how the API will cover in details. There was another suggestion to cover service chaining HA.

The group agreed that China Mobile and Palani work together offline to refine the proposal. It was also suggested to list committers in the proposal.

• Discussion of other projects

Bryan introduced the update of Virtual Infrastructure Deployment Policies. The project was already discussed on Nov 6, and the formal TSC review was started already. It was listed as one of the projects in TSC's agenda for formal review.

Because of Thanksgiving Day holiday on November 27th, next meeting will be on December 4th.
