This is sort of confusing as a internet web search for "OPNFV DEVELOPER TOOLS" will bring up this page on the OPNFV Web site: https://www.opnfv.org/developers/tools This is the main www web site which is maintained by the Linux Foundation and only a few limited people can update it.
Most developers and OPNFV project participants will use the OPNFV wiki which is maintained by the community. Anyone with a Linux Foundation ID can update this site.
FYI - Resources, Tools, and Information for developers can be found under the getting_started section of this wiki.
