Minutes:
	1. HP's work on Parser project.
	Shiva will be the contributor the Parser project. The YANG->TOSCA translation has been started,
	and already has some code available. But it's written in java, Shiva will convert it to python
	very quickly. And upload it to OPNFV repo.
	
	2. How to cooperate with heat-translator.
	Dimitri from ericsson once suggested to use it as a git submodule. But it hard to contributing 
	to upstream. Referring to how openshift works with kubernetes, Victor asked the contributors
	from RedHat. They suggest copy the code to Parser, make changes in the copied code and upstream
	the features. At the same time, manually synchronize upstream code. The link how they do the

	3. OPNFV presantation
	Howard plans to give a talk on Parser project at OPNFV summit. Proposal has been submitted. The
	talk will include why we need parser, what parser can do and demostration. More detailed content
	need to be discussed after the proposal is approved.
	About the demostration. We may demostrate a YANG template converted to TOSCA, then converted to
	HOT, and deploy it in a single node openstack environment installed in a laptop. HP will help to
	prepare the local openstack environment.

    New person will be availble sooner. Vinayak will confirm in 2-3 weeks. At time being, Vinayak should take the responsibility
    
    ZTE side:
    
    Julien would like to act as a contributor. We suggest that Julien stay as commiter until new person arrives

    Send email to Howard with new contributor names and emails.

    Vinayak is working on the administraive stuff within HP. Results can be expected.
    
    # Victor has submitted some code to github, and will modify it this week, everybody in the committer list better to review it.

    Victor will rewrite the template along with Matt from TOSCA TC
    ZTE will find some staff to do the translation work of their templates.
    
    # Documentation work
    No basic documentation for parser project yet, we should start the documenation work.
    
    Proposed step:
        1. basics: how to use/test the code
        2. how to contribute
        3. some description about the structure
        
    Victor will work on the translator side
    Srinivas volunteers to work with Victor on how to use translator
    Vinayak will write the introduciton of HP's work ==

    A: Everyone should try to do it. Templates from ZTE could also be a starting point.
