+.Troubleshooting of scenarios is frozen. Final updates of documentation is in progress. PTLs will then review the documentation, and the branch will be tagged for release on Thursday Feb 25.
+.Clarification of release as it affects projects and scenarios that have not fully passed testing:
+With TSC discussion it was agreed that, because we do not cut anything out of the released bits even if a scenario or feature has not completely passed validation, we will document the status of all scenarios and features whether fully passed validation, passed with known limitations or bugs, or not yet tested.
+The following projects do not have a passing scenario that supports them and therefore will <del>not be supported in</del> will be documented in accordance with whatever testing status they achieved and/or known limitations or known bugs for the first release of Brahmaputra: NFVOVS, KVM4NFV, SFC, BGP-VPN, Doctor. All are highly likely to make full validation at the second release of Brahmaputra or if needed, in the third release of Brahmaputra in late April.
+SFC, Doctor, and Joid (one scenario) were able to get patches in prior to the Sunday troubleshooting freeze and are attempting to complete additional testing prior to Thursday release. This affects test teams and documentation (minor at most).

+.Test team rescinded the proposal to freeze scenario troubleshooting on Friday and instead proposed Sunday so as to accommodate a couple of installer projects that need more time to validate fixes. The team proposes that all troubleshooting of scenarios freeze on Sunday February 21 at 6pm Pacific. This will still give test teams adequate time to document outcomes since they had not planned to document over the weekend. PTLs will then review the documentation, and the branch will be tagged for release by Thursday Feb 25. The project PTLs are voting on this proposal via email. So far the vote is overwhelmingly positive. Close of voting is 8am Pacific on Friday, February 19.

+There was a discussion yesterday during pharos meeting about taking orange-pod2 as reference for results for JOID.. we will continue trobuleshooting the intel pods for the momment, running the 3 target scenarios for JOID and see what happens...
+Run times are still high on intel labs, 6hours last one...not acceptable....with SSD it is still high, SSDs were tried but failed to fix it
+.Fair to say that for Joid to make the deadline would have to accept results on Orange POD
+.Worked with Bob on ONOS Vping lastnight, we have a root cause now.

+o   SFC, though we have been integrating SFC base features into fuel, the SFC team have gone with architecture that requires tacker as an orchestrater (although tacker is explicitly outside of the B-release). The SFC team has started on a Tacker Fuel plugin – and as the plug-in architechture provides proper fensing to the core of Fuel, we can wait and see if they come with something that works. Their deadline is Thu Feb 11 – but I don’t expect them to make it, hope I’m cut by surprise!
