+The team is actively finalizing documentation and tagging artifacts for release with target completion Thursday morning Pacific Time.
+As of 21:15 Pacific Time (05:15 UTC) we have 15 projects reporting they are complete with tagging, 6 projects reporting "in process" and 12 "waiting for report of status".

+.Troubleshooting of scenarios is frozen. Final updates of documentation is in progress. PTLs will then review the documentation, and the branch will be tagged for release on Thursday Feb 25.
+.Clarification of release as it affects projects and scenarios that have not fully passed testing:
+With TSC discussion it was agreed that, because we do not cut anything out of the released bits even if a scenario or feature has not completely passed validation, we will document the status of all scenarios and features whether fully passed validation, passed with known limitations or bugs, or not yet tested.
+The following projects do not have a passing scenario that supports them and therefore will <del>not be supported in</del> will be documented in accordance with whatever testing status they achieved and/or known limitations or known bugs for the first release of Brahmaputra: NFVOVS, KVM4NFV, SFC, BGP-VPN, Doctor. All are highly likely to make full validation at the second release of Brahmaputra or if needed, in the third release of Brahmaputra in late April.
+SFC, Doctor, and Joid (one scenario) were able to get patches in prior to the Sunday troubleshooting freeze and are attempting to complete additional testing prior to Thursday release. This affects test teams and documentation (minor at most).

+**Status:**closed. Received approval through board vote to allow a few projects to use non-Apache licenses  (KVMFORNFV, ONOSFW, and VSWITCHPERF (with a single file with non-Apache-2.0 license).
+**Issue:** NFV4KVM – plugin does not work with Fuel, The NFV4KVM does install a working kernel on the compute node.

+**Status:** Closed. Pushed to 2nd Brahmaputra release in late March. From Fuel team: This project is focusing on yardstick SLA test-cases aside of a true deployment (using bridges instead of OVS). They install a new kernel for which tere is no OVS kernel driver in the packages. All though they’re working on it. I’m not sure they will make it for our time plan – not even sure we need to wait for it since it is as a “technology project” verified by yardstick, but not yet deploying in a real environment. I would vote this to included in SR1 of Fuel@OPNFV B-release.
