PoC Test Plan
After Step 4 Creating Networks and Subnets, the Network Topology of this setup would be shown as follows:
Basic Test Plan
The test steps are as follows:
- ping6 between VM1 and vRouter
- ping6 between VM2 and vRouter
- ping6 between VM1 and VM2
- ping6 between vRouter and ipv6-router
- ping6 between VM1 and ipv6-router
- ping6 between VM2 and ipv6-router
Advanced Test Plan (Optional)
- In VM1: NMAP discovers neighbors (e.g. VM2) in the same subnet
- HTTP GET accesses from VM1 to an external server: e.g. http://test-ipv6.com/
