:Discussion of Requirement project proposals
Project author communicated with Prakash and clarified that the scope of the first release is expected to be very limited. The broader list of requirements objectives are something that we will need to deliver on over time, and will probably evolve.
Ashiq indicated that the project covers a policy framework, which is complementing other projects such as Resource Reservation and Fault Management that will make use of specific policies under such framework.
All agreed that draft is complete and technical community recommends it for formal TSC review and approval.
Peter continued to brief the audience of this project proposal. Since there have been some discussions last week, there is no further comment this time.

Ashiq presented the proposal to the audience, explained the steps in fault management and 3 new features required for OpenStack. Ashiq also explained the steps in resource pool maintenance, and related requirement.
There was a question about the fault types, i.e. hardware fault, hypervisor fault and Host OS fault. Ashiq clarified that those are examples in the diagram.
There was a question about the role of ODL in monitoring and reporting the faults of network resources, e.g. switch outage. Ashiq clarified that it is for next step and future study.

Discussion of Collaborative Development project proposals
Mike presented the proposal. There was a question about the additional interface functions and APIs. Mike agreed to update the project proposal, and come back to discuss the update next week.
