- Discussion of Integration and Testing project proposals:
- OSCAR - a reference platform for validation and testing both open source and vendor VNFs per OPNFV guidelines
Stuart presented Oscar proposal v7. Based on prior discussion and comments, Oscar project proposal (v7) has been substantially revised to be consistent with OPNFV’s scope, to avoid potential overlaps with CI, and to align with Bootstrap/Getting-Started project.
Group agreed that Oscar is ready for formal creation review and approval at TSC.
Stuart will have another minor update.

- Discussion of Requirement project proposals
Lingli was unable to dial in because of a technical difficulty. An email was sent to Bin and the status of the project is that "we will be working on the scope and milestone of the proposal in the next revision and post it to the list for further review in a day or two".
Bin will help Lingli address the dial-in issue by providing China dial-in numbers offline. This proposal will be reviewed at first in next technical community call.
