Bin summarized the discussion last week, and also sent out email to community for attention, review and comment. So far there is no feedback.

Bryan summarized that he also had conversation with Serge (Sprint) offline. Serge has a question about how to interact with other SDOs, because Jira tool seems new to them. Bryan indicated that the tool is open to public, and others will get used to the tool.

Bryan also indicated that:
- There will be 2 concrete deliverables: (1) Gap Analysis to indicate where the gaps are (2) More concrete use case and testing the models available
- Those above work are not be picked up or planned to do in any other OPNFV projects

The project will provide great value to community.

The group achieved consensus to recommend this proposal for TSC Creation Review and Approval.

Bin encouraged everyone to submit topics through CFP process for OPNFV Hackfest in March and OPNFV Summit in June.

Bryan suggested to have Iben to talk about Ravello infrastructure.
