Ruan from Orange presented the revised proposal. Because of the issue of accessing data center and the holiday in France, demo will not be possible.

Adrian from Intel asked if the scope of Moon is beyond NFVI layer. Ruan responded that Keystone only does authentication. Authorization is beyond Keystone's scope.

Parviz from Juniper asked if this project plans to coordinate with ETSI. Ruan said yes, and they would coordinate with ETSI. The possible model is to give implementation feedback to ETSI.

Another question from Parviz is the potential overlap with other projects such as MOVIE, model-driven NB APIs. Ruan responded that they intend to make it as generic as possible. There is no dependency on other OpenStack projects, so it is independent and easily integrated.

One more question is whether this project intends to extend OpenStack or goes to upstream. Ruan said that technically both way are fine. They planned to extend OpenStack. But ultimately OPNFV decides whether to extend OpenStack or go to upstream (BP).

This meeting only planned for 30 minutes because of TSC call on Arno release. So the discussion will continue on the mailing list. Bin will initiated the discussion.

At the end, Bin summarized that:
- ONOS Framework has been on mailing list for quite a while, and received no comments, no objection. Thus it can be concluded quite mature.
- Service Function Chaining has been discussed, and issues have been addressed in mailing list. It can also be concluded quite mature.

Bin will formally ask for TSC creation review, based on the time they achieved maturity.

Meeting adjourned
